Napil Agriculture rural Training Centre is a Training Center set up by 4 communities of Central Tanna in 1999. These are; Labangaluate Community, Lamnatu Community, Iwel Community and Lownatuan Community. These Comunities make up the Naliaune Tribe. The school is located in Lowanoram, an area in Lownatuan Community.
In the Long run, Napil has decided to change and create her own course called the Young Farmers Development Course. This program is part of 2 aims for Napil. The first aim is to successfully maintain and develop the Young Farmers development course. Secondly, is for Napil to become a self autonomous Institution.
The Young Farmers development Course is the primary service offered by Napil. ANy student admitted into the program will pay a contribution fee of 15,000 for 1 year. At the end of two years, a student has 400 kava plant, a personal bank account with a balance of 100,000 Vatu and 50 chicks with skills and knowledge to maintain and develop these assets.
Other Services include, Voluntary services to provide food to to areas in Tanna that were affected by Natural Disasters like drought, cyclone. In 2020 Napil has joined the distribution of Food to the areas of North Tanna and have supplied 4800 round cabbages to these areas. With these Cabbages, Napil distribute according to disability status of a person. A person with disability is entitled to 5 Cabbages while an abled person is entitled to two. Another
